Andrés Pesce
Business and Enterprises Manager

Civil Engineer from Universidad Católica de Chile and Master in Business Administration from L.Bocconi University, Milan. He has extensive experience in consulting, finance, project evaluation and business development, sales and marketing in companies of Chile, Italy and England. As manager of Business and Enterprises is in charge of the companies portfolio of the organization, along with participating in the design of business models of their various projects.

Hernán Araneda

Innovum

MSc Sociology from London School of Economics and Psychologist from the Universidad Católica de Chile. 
He has worked during 20 years in human capital development in Chile and other countries. He has been a consultant at the IDB, World Bank, ILO and UNESCO on issues of training throughout life, job training and labor markets. From Fundación Chile led the design, pilot testing and scaling of a system of labor skills with 15 key business sectors in Chile and more than 400 leading companies.

Ana María Raad

Education

Social communicator and Masters in Anthropology and Social Development Studies in the United States, Ecuador and Chile. Furthermore, she was Director of educarChile Portal, an initiative of the Ministry of Education and the Center for Innovation in Education of our foundation. Previously, she worked at the Brazilian NGO, called CDI (Committee for the Democratization of Information).

During the past eight years she has specialized in the area of ​​projects and social development programs associated with the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the social inclusion and the poverty alleviation along with technologies and social entrepreneurship.

Marcos Kulka
CEO

Commercial Engineer from the Universidad Católica de Chile, Master in Business Administration from Berkeley, University of California. He is General Manager of Fundación Chile since 2006. He previously worked at CB Capital, CMPC Tissue and Visa International. He is a member of the Open Innovation Forum Berkeley and of the Institute of High Scale Innovations, director of the Pro Innovation Forum and mentor of the Legatum Center at MIT.

Katherine Noack
Marketing Communications Manager

Psychologist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaiso. She has worked in consulting and in the telecommunications sector. She is part of Fundación Chile since 2008, where she initially served as People Manager, managing the modernization of the organization process and implementing the program of cultural strengthening.

Leah Pollak
Institutional Relations Assistant Manager

She graduated with honors (B.A) in International Relations and History from Duke University; she also has a Masters in Public Policies for Economic Development from Georgetown University. Nowadays, her role is to lead the development and the strengthening of the international and local organization networks, in order to identify and connect to high-impact opportunities for FCh and its stakeholders.

Vicente Cox
Operations and Finance Manager

Industrial Civil Engineer from the Universidad de Chile (graduated with maximum distinction) and Master in Business Administration from ESADE, Barcelona and from Universidad de Chile. He has extensive experience in Strategic Management, Finance and Administration, gained in various roles leading management teams in Chile, Brazil and Peru.

Juan Ramón Candia
Water & Environment Manager

Master of Environmental Management from Lincoln University. He also has environmental studies in New Zealand, Japan, Sweden, Germany, Spain and Finland.  He has specialized in environmental innovation project management, focusing on mining & environmental projects, environmental remediation, risk assessment, response to emergencies and water management.

Foods & Biotechnology Manager

Commercial Engineer from the Universidad Católica de Chile, with 18 years of professional experience. He has held positions in General Management, Sales and Marketing at major national companies. Furthermore, he has actively participated in trade associations, directories of businesses and foundations. He has also worked as General and Corporate Marketing Manager in the wine industry companies, such as: Viña Caliterra, Seña and Santa Rita.
