Evaluation and monitoring protocol of pesticide residues in concentrated juices

This project, cofinanced by Innova CORFO and executed by Fundación Chile, develops an evaluation and monitoring protocol of pesticide residues for the industry of concentrated apple and grape juices. This protocol must lay down procedures to improve the chemical safety of its product ir order to make more competitive that commercial area.

In this initiative participate the Chilean Food Company Association (Chilealimentos A.G.) and the companies: Patagonia Fesh, Invertec, Agro industrial San Clemente, Copefrut and Mostos del Pacífico.
