Evaluation of the Harvest of Salmon

 The innovation in processes and in added value has been a relevant activity with initiatives like the processing of co-products of the salmon farming through enzymatic biotechnology, generating concentrates and protein isolates of fish for human consumption; and the formulation of additives rich in omega-3 fatty acids for the  food fortification of massive consumption. Furthermore, we have addressed technologies and procedures for the harvest of salmon, which allow to operate in low-stress and welfare conditions.

Similarly, we carry out bioassay services in our Quillaipe Technological Center for the salmon farming and the industry.
