Water & Environment

This project is oriented to design and build a rural community of social housing (16 houses) in the city of Peralillo, IV Region. It considers aspects of sustainable building and includes aspects of eco-efficient design, the use of locally available materials, energy efficiency, use and reuse of water, microenterprises, common and green areas, among others.

We seek to introduce design concepts and the planning of rural communities at social risk, based on the main concepts of sustainability: Society, Economy and Environment.

The sustainable communities raised by Fundación Chile allow innovating in project management models, which include the social and financial impact, and the public-private collaboration.
